Each file in this folder defines how an entity consumes shared services.

Required sections:

• Consumption model by shared service (HR, ICT, Bookkeeping)
• Escalation path
• SLAs and turnaround expectations
• Canonical deep links back to entity-owned procedures

Do not duplicate entity SOP content. Link to the authoritative entity docs.
