earnOS
earnOS is the group operating system and internal wiki hub for Exco.
It provides:
- group-level governance and decision boundaries,
- navigation and deep links into entity OS repositories,
- institutional memory for shared services and provider control.
It does not duplicate entity operating content from atOS, agOS, aghOS, alpOS, or ebsOS.
Operating Principles
- Reference, do not replicate: entity-owned procedures stay in entity repos.
- Canonical links first: every cross-repo reference points to a canonical URL.
- Group policy only: finance, provider governance, and shared services are defined at group control level.
- Explicit authority: every shared function states who executes and who approves.
